Why are shipping costs being displayed?

• For gift cards over €70, an iron-on patch is automatically added to your shopping cart. Please deselect it so that you do not have to pay any shipping costs.

Can I buy multiple gift cards at once?

• Yes, of course... Simply select the value, add it to your shopping cart, and adjust the quantity in the cart.

When will I receive the gift card?

• You will receive the gift card via email immediately after payment is received. Please also check your spam folder.

How long is the gift card valid?

• Our gift cards are valid for 3 years.

Do I have a right of withdrawal for gift cards?

• Yes, of course... As the purchaser of our gift cards, you can exercise your right of withdrawal.

Can I redeem multiple gift cards at once?

• Yes, of course... You can redeem any number of gift cards per order.

Does the entire gift card value have to be redeemed at once?

• It is not necessary to redeem our gift cards in full. You can use the gift card code as many times as you like until the balance is used up.

Can I have remaining balances paid out?

• A payout of remaining balances is not possible.
