"Pet Shop" Panel Giveaway on Instagram

2. Period: The giveaway runs from 12.10.2026 to 18.10.2026, 11:59 PM. The time of your comment is decisive.
3. Participation: Follow the Instagram account @jinnyandjoe and comment "Panel" under the giveaway post. You will then automatically receive a direct message confirming your entry. Participation is free and independent of any purchase. Liking or saving the post, sharing it in your story, or tagging other people is voluntary and does not affect your chances of winning.
4. Second entry (voluntary): Anyone who additionally signs up for the Jinny & Joe newsletter and confirms the registration via the link in our confirmation email will receive a second entry. Newsletter registration is not a requirement for participation. The newsletter can be unsubscribed from at any time.
5. Eligible to participate are persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany. Participation is only possible in one's own name. Excluded are employees of Jinny & Joe and their relatives, as well as entries via fake or multiple accounts.
6. Prize: 3 × 1 J&J Organic Canvas Panel "Pet Shop" (100 × 160 cm). Each person can only win once. The prize is non-transferable; cash payment or exchange is excluded. Shipping is free of charge.
7. Selection and notification: The three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the end of the period and will be notified exclusively via the @jinnyandjoe account via direct message. We never ask for payment details, passwords, or shipping fees. Beware of fake accounts with similar names. If a winner does not respond with a shipping address within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
8. Data protection: To carry out the giveaway, we process your Instagram username, the content of your participation messages, and, if you provide them to us, your email address and shipping address (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR). Automated direct messages are handled via the service provider ManyChat, and the newsletter via Klaviyo. The data will only be used for the giveaway and will be deleted after its conclusion, unless you have separately consented to the newsletter. Further information: Privacy Policy
9. Early termination: Jinny & Joe may terminate or adjust the giveaway early in the event of technical malfunctions, manipulation, or for any other important reason.
10. Legal recourse is excluded.
11. This giveaway is in no way affiliated with Instagram or Meta and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Meta in any way. By participating, you release Meta from all claims.
