Social Media Assistant & Digital Creator (m/f)

Can you showcase products in a high-quality way while also thinking beyond that: What content works on social media, which collaborations are exciting, and how can ideas be implemented cleanly with a marketing agency? If so, we look forward to meeting you.

Your tasks with us

• Production of photo, video, and content material for our online shop, social media, and campaigns
• Planning and implementation of content for Reels, Stories, organic posts, and advertising materials
• Setting up scenes and lighting for product and content shoots
• Ensuring a consistent visual language across various channels
• Selection, editing, and structured filing of the material produced
• Video editing and creation of ready-to-use clips based on project requirements
• Assisting in the planning and preparation of collaborations with influencers, creators, and other brands
• Coordination and liaison between our team and the external marketing agency
• Use of common AI tools to support image editing, content creation, and creative preparation

What you bring to the table

• Initial experience in content creation, photography, or social media
• A basic understanding of cameras, lighting, image composition, and visual impact
• An intuition for what content works on social media and generates attention
• A careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• The ability to produce content that is not just aesthetically pleasing but also purposeful and functional
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut
• Openness toward current AI tools for image, video, and content creation

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or product photography
• Experience with influencer, creator, or brand collaborations
• Routine in handling camera, lighting, and studio equipment
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Lightroom
• Experience working with agencies or external partners

Terms and conditions

• Minijob (approx. 20–40 hours per month)
• Remote work
• On-site presence in Bad Kreuznach (City) - min. 1 x per week
• Start: immediate
