Our Licenses

Effective immediately, we are offering licenses for the commercial production of small batches and the sale of products made using our patterns for all of our sewing patterns. We offer you two options: a small license and a large license.
Please read the text below carefully and only purchase the license if you agree to these terms.
By purchasing the license, items sewn according to our patterns may be offered for commercial sale in shops, at markets, or online.

Small License

• The license is valid for one year from the date of the invoice and only for the pattern specified in the license! After the year has expired, the purchased license is invalid.
• You need a separate license for each pattern! For bundle patterns, each individual pattern must be licensed. A license is also required for free patterns.
• With this license, you may sell up to 30 items per month of the licensed model.
• The distribution or reproduction of the pattern remains prohibited.
• If you wish to use the pattern or eBook for a sewing class or public, commercial demonstrations, please send us an email in advance at hello@jinnyandjoe.de.
• The name of the pattern as well as Jinny & Joe as the pattern designer must be mentioned in the product description.

Large License

• The license is valid indefinitely from the date of the invoice and only for the pattern specified in the license! You purchase the license once, and no renewal is necessary.
• You need a separate license for each pattern! For bundle patterns, each individual pattern must be licensed. A license is also required for free patterns.
• With this license, you may sell up to 50 items per month of the licensed model.
• The distribution or reproduction of the pattern also remains prohibited.
• If you wish to use the pattern or eBook for a sewing class or public, commercial demonstrations, please send us an email in advance at hello@jinnyandjoe.de.
• The name of the pattern as well as Jinny & Joe as the pattern designer must be mentioned in the product description.

Important

Please provide your shop or blog when ordering the license.
The license is only valid upon successful receipt of payment.
The invoice serves as proof of the license. The invoice number corresponds to the license number. Please note that this is a commercial license, not an exclusive license. Retroactive changes to the license or shortening of the license period are not possible. In the event of a breach of the license terms, the license will be automatically revoked with immediate effect.
