When will my fabrics be shipped?

• The estimated date is shown on the product page. As a rule, we ship the fabrics after the pre-sale ends.

Why do you run a pre-sale?

• We are a very small company and cannot build up large stocks. A pre-order also lets us organise our work more efficiently.

Can I combine multiple orders?

• Of course: cancel your previous order and place a new one right away. Please send us a short email to hello@jinnyandjoe.de asking for the cancellation and include your order number.
• Please do not select "PickUp" to save on shipping costs. This option is for collecting your order in person.

Can I change anything about my order after I have placed it?
