The eBook for our rainbow cushion is finally finished! With our very detailed, illustrated step-by-step instructions, you can sew a great rainbow in your favorite colors. Our Small Rainbow Cushion looks great as nursery decor, but it is far more than just a children's pillow. You can also use the small version as a neck pillow. With the BIG Rainbow-Cushion pattern, you can sew yourself a great nursing pillow that can also be used as a baby pillow, placed around the bottom to prevent falls while playing. The large cushion is sewn with a zipper and an inner pillow, while the small rainbow is washable as a whole.
We are always quite nervous and excited when we release a new pattern. We poured our hearts and souls into creating the pattern and the eBook over months, asking ourselves several times in between whether we should really go to the trouble of creating illustrated descriptions or if photos would suffice (we just like the drawings too much…) … So many evenings and nights where we thought we would finally be finished, only to spend the time stroking one to three sick children to sleep or simply having a wide-awake one-year-old jumping around us who had no intention of sleeping at three in the morning. (Life is so exciting!) And then, after what feels like a thousand optimizations, changes, and sewing it one last time (and ensuring no one wiped their snotty nose on the cushion that hadn't been photographed yet), finding errors in the text… the time finally comes. The moment of truth.

Such a rainbow simply puts you in a good mood and lets the sunshine in. We also use the small cushion as a neck pillow. Even beginners with sewing experience can conjure up a great pillow.
