Natural fibers are characterized by their unique feel. During production – particularly during dyeing and printing – slight deviations may occur, such as small white dots or irregularities in the fabric. In addition, color intensity may vary between different batches. This is due to technical factors and is a result of the natural properties of the fibers. These irregularities do not impair the quality or durability of the fabric. This is typical for natural fibers and printed fabrics and is not a quality defect. If something seems unusual to you, please get in touch and we will take a look.

Care

• Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees
• Wash garments inside out
• Avoid fabric softener & bleach
• Sort textiles by color
• Best to avoid tumble drying
• Wash new fabrics before processing

Cotton shrinks slightly during the first wash: woven fabrics like muslin and canvas by up to about 5%, knitted fabrics like jersey, sweat and French terry by up to about 7%. Therefore, wash before sewing and it is better to order a little more.

Almost all our fabrics have an approx. 5 cm wide edge print. This reduces the overall width of the pattern repeat by 5-10 cm.

The colors of the fabrics may differ from those on your screen. Color differences may also occur between different qualities. Each batch may differ in color from the previous one.
